Rules:

1. Come to my site from time to time and comment on my blogs.
2. Try to become my friend, that is what affiliates are for.
3. Stay in contact at least, comments/email/msn.
4. Vote for me in competitions.
5. Never be rude to me or any of my visitors/affiliates please.
6. Remember I am here for friends, not advertising.

Hosting

Rules:

1. I will accept Piczo, Freewebs, sub-domains and domains, if they are appropriate for all ages.
2. You need to have a previous site so I can see your style, I like to know that you have some graphic knowledge.
3. You must not have stolen content on your site, if so, I will delete it without warning, a second offence and your site will be deleted and you will not receive a second chance.
4. Do not have porn, hate, or racism on your site, and do not upload images or mp3s to my server.
5. You must chat with me, I like to get to know the people I am hosting.
6. Do not worry about not knowing how to run a sub-domain, I can teach you FTP, PHP, Cutenews, Coding and everything, if you are willing to learn.

You will get:
1. A subdomain - you.heartlesswind.com OR heartlesswind.com/you
2. An email address - yourchoice@heartlesswind.com
3. Plenty of space, as much as you need.
4. A permanent link back.
5. Help when needed.
6. Cutenews installation.
Anything else you are wondering about, ask.

2. I accept any type of site, if you write 'Coke*' somewhere on the forum so I know you read the rules.
