Layout Tutorial
Striped Dancing Vectors
Note I used this tutorial from Skylish to make my own layout that I'll be putting up here when I'm bored with my previous one. I did it a bit differently but still followed most of her ideas. I thought it'd be nice to show you how I've done my layout. But I didn't think it'd be right to take full credit for it. So I'm giving major credit to Catherine for this tutorial. And if she has any problem with it, I'll take it down right away.
For this tutorial I am going to show you how to do this:

Step One: Make a new image roughtly 723 by 117. Fill it with #000000.
Step Two:Go to Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise. Click to see my settings.

You should end up with this:

Step Three: Create a new image roughtly 723 by 10, and fill with #ffffff.
Step Four: Copy and paste that image ontop the first image and move it to the bottom. Repeat two more times using #808080 and #ff8080. Align however you feel best.

Step Five: Merge all layers, then carefully select the strips and copy and paste it onto the image and move to the top.
Step Six: Make a new image approximently 723 by 117. Get these dancing people vectors from blindblues46 at Deviantart. Crop a few of them onto the new document and merge together.
Step Seven: Use your magic wand selection tool, select on the white part (or background), then go to Selections > Invert.
Step Eight: Go to your brush tool and select the little paintbrush

Step Nine: Depending on how many people you've cropped, and just how big your image is, you'll need to add the brush across the length of your image, just on top of the bottom stripes. I'm using #ffffff but you can use whatever color you think works best.
Step Ten: Add your text on top of the people, just below the top stripes. Merge and you are done!
