Layout
I like your whole layout, with the exception of Shia Labeouf. For some reason he doesn't quite fit with the design. I think you could have used some random colored pictures (flowers, scenery or something) and it would look great. But I love the rainbow effect that you have going on.

I feel like the main color should be blue. It seems to stand out more then the purple does. But that's really my only complaint. Well other then I'm not really sure that the one column works for the site. I'm left feeling like there should be more to the page. Maybe even if you added 2 or 3 blogs to the page or something?

I love the way you've wrote your What is Candy Swirl? Everything is laid out nicely, especially the links. I love it. You are so neat and organized, it makes things look so much better.

I'd like to see a picture here. Of anything. Just something, they say pictures say a thousand words. You could take a picture of your hair, hands, feet, phone, computer? Just something. I don't know why, but I feel it's important to have pictures, even if it's not of yourself.
I love this page, have I told you before that we have a lot in common? For some reason I think that I have. I love the old music, like Closing time and Sex and Candy as well. They're great songs, and songs that I grew up listening to. FYI, you have Alexz Johnson listed twice. Oh, and you should move the basics up to the top of the page. Just so that your visitors don't have to read it all to find out that little information about you. I love your pets. I have a pet page as well. They're a huge part of my life.

I don't review your listings, it's just a bunch of lists, not a lot to say. But as usual, very organized. Same with the plug board.

Your site has major errors in some browsers according to Browsershots, probably due to the 23 coding errors according to W3 Validator. And your CSS has 2 errors. CSS Validator. Just tiny errors that are really easy to fix.
Creativity and Originality
I love your site. Every time I come here everything is amazing. Even with all the celebrity graphics (which I normally despise) you keep things interesting and cool. I love it.
