Oh my god, I love it. Love it love it love. I have nothing bad to say about it at all. Great job on this.
I've tried to do this review 3 times already, and each time I come back you have a new layout. And each time they keep getting better. I adore this.

Homepage
My only real complaint about your site is the length of the page. Maybe instead of having 2 blogs to a page, just do one. The only other complaint I have is the main navigation. I don't like the hover effect. It's really tacky. Maybe just have the letters change colors or something. Or maybe even a different background color.
About
I would really change the title of this page to Domain/Site. Since normally about pages, are about the owner. I would also move the about me to it's own section and have it on the main navigation; or on the sidebar, have a little write up and a more link. But don't ever have it hidden away under the domain page.
I don't like how you have the & between the links. It looks weird. Maybe just space them out, or have a | - * between them, they all look better than a & Everything else is laid out nicely. Great job.
Resources
I would make your titles stand out a little better. You have 'Graphics and Premades', but it just looks like plain text. You've got a nice little section of graphics here, but I would work a little harder at maintaining this section.
As for your tutorials, I have a couple of suggestions. Use lots of pictures! Some people work well just reading, but others need visual support. So it doesn't help having pictures as guides. Also, don't make them links either; have them thumbnailed as big as you can (like the size of your content area or something), so the less clicking your visitors have to do, the better.
Portfolio
Seeing how you don't have a whole lot at the moment, why don't you put everything onto one page. Make the thumbnails a bit smaller, and just put them under their appropriate heading. Because as it is right now, this landing page is just a waste of space. As for the content, it's all looking good =)
Hosting
Just like the Portfolio page, the landing page is kind of useless. Why don't you combine the hosted page and the apply page into one. Or just have a link to the apply after the hosted part. Makes things just more easier.
Browser Compatibility, Coding and Validation
Your site looks pretty much the same in all browsers according to Browsershots, so good job. You have valid coding; W3 Validator and valid css; CSS Validator.
Creativity and Originality
You have great creativity and originality. You've done such a great job making your viewable and a unique place. However there are many ways you could improve. Such as adding things that other sites don't already offer. Giving your opinion more on different topics. And so on. Just keep up what you're doing and you'll go far.
