First Impressions
As always, upon visiting your site it looks very neat. There seems to be just three colours, which I'm not sure if I like or not - you've gone for the simplistic look, which is fine, but one more colour wouldn't hurt.
Layout
The header is very simplistic, but the font is nice and the textured background make sure it's not too boring. I like the shade of purple you've used, and the darker container is a good idea since most people have their containers lighter than the rest of the layout. The font is of a good size and is easy to read. One thing I would advise changing is the size of your header at the top of your blogs; it's slightly lost underneath the navigation.
According to browsershots, your site is the same in most browsers. Good job!
Coding
Your CSS was validated, aside from the fact you have 1 warning, which is fine.
You have 2 errors in your coding, because you have a <h3> tag open when you start a table (in your advertising section). Fix this and your coding will be valid.
Content
1 - Owner
I like how you have a list of basic information before going into more detail. This page was well written, apart from a few minor errors I mentioned later.
Your reflections page is a very original idea, which you should add to. I think I've said this before in a previous review. The same goes for your timeline page; however you need to update this, 2008 isn't happening anymore :)
You have some good art in your artwork section; do you have anything else that you could add to it?
There's not much to say on your handwriting; I don't really like these sorts of sections, although there's nothing wrong with it.
I like how you've sprinkled some links across the text linking to your favourites page.
2 - Visitor
Your button bases are original, especially the photography ones, but some are a bit pixelated.
You have a great selection of coded layouts, I especially like the rose photograph.
Your downloadable pencils are a good idea, but I'm not sure what I'd use them for, apart from signatures like you suggested.
I like your smilies :) It's a good idea to change them all into different colours, too.
I love some of your icons, in particular the last few lines, but some of them are very pixelated and I doubt anyone would want to use an icon with a picture of you - it's too personal. However your icon textures are very good; lots of people would use these.
You say you're not the best pixeler, but on the contrary I think they are nice.
Your competitions are fine, not much to say about them obviously but your rules are fair and the section is organised well.
I like all your tutorials, but I noticed you have a lot less than last time I reviewed your site. You could think about offering some of the colorizations as scripts for visitors to download.
3 - Reviews
Obviously I won't review this section, but it's organised well. Your completed reviews link leads to the review queue, though, and the actual queue is slightly different.
4 - Portfolio
Some of your articles made me laugh, and they are well written. I especially liked the first "Come Back To Reality", the link you provided at the bottom was hilarious.
Obviously I can't review how good your story and poem writing is, because there isn't a specific style of writing that everyone must conform to, but I read through some of them and I really enjoyed them.
I enjoyed your movie reviews; I haven't actually seen any of the movies listed here, but I did want to see "He's Just Not That Into You". Since you thought it was good I might rent it out from Blockbuster or something now :)
After dipping into some of your photography, I thought it was very good. All the pictures were good quality and interesting.
5 - Domain
Your past layouts all look good quality, but one of the images isn't aligned with the rest.
It's nice of you to put my link on your exits page :)
You have a good selection of link buttons - it's also helpful that you've specified the sizes.
This section had everything you'd expect to see in a domain section - good job :)

I think your site is very original in that you haven't used any celebrity images as far as I looked.
Conclusion
Your site hasn't really improved since the last time Ashley, but since you did well in my review previously, it doesn't matter much. You have a good spread of content that visitors would be interested in. You could think about adding more resources such as brushes or textures for layouts. Apart from a few small spelling mistakes, your site was fine to review and I hope some of my suggestions help.
My Response
I've gone and changed the size of the header for the blogs. I thought the same thing too after you said it.
I don't have any more artwork, but I could probably add up some doodling I've done haha.
