old home week

These are from Old Home Week, Tuesday and Wednesday and some before me and Abbie went Tuesday. We walked around a bit then hung out in Greco when the power went out for an hour. Almost broke two strawberries. Almost fell over when I tackled Ashley and Lance almost flipped us while on the ferris wheel and the stupid thing gave me a bruise! Oh and the carine for the ferris wheel posed. 'Ooo! Camera!' That carine was.. different.

These are after the parade. Me and Abbie being idiots as usual. We went to the docks so there were people around, we were getting stalked by some guy. Me and Abbie now know why we stay on the over side of the bridge, ha. Then we went over to the legion. Sat around outside as we waited for the doors to open. The last part of the day was a concert me and Abbie went to at the legion. There was totally more band people then people who went.

old home week parade - july 27

For the 2008 parade I joined Abbie for Greco. It was a pretty good time as much as Woodstock's attempts at parades suck! Well, we went to Greco to get finish and do last minute things. The night before they had taped Dave's car in yellow and blue duck tape and we had to go out to get candy and a few things, so we got in the car and went to the store. The look on everyone's faces were just funny. Then they taped over the lights so it was just like, 'I'm turning this way!' or 'Which way am I going? Left? Right? No one knows!' Hah, it was entertaining. We put a box with the gift bows on each tire, some balloons on the sides and a box on top. Then the day was Parker's first time in a cab. Who puts someone who has never been in a cab before with me and Abbie, a bag of balloons and a Greco man suit? Well I guess Dave and Art do. Me, Abbie and Art's two kids, passed out candy, which we ran out of past the half way point. 'Abbie! I miss you!' Dave who is driving between us, 'Because she is so far away!' Then of course I just had to yell that she was. Parker was in the Greco suit while Dave, Art and Mitch drove in the car. It managed to get us first place.

Spent the night at Abbie's. We sat around, went for a walk, went swimming and had a fire where we burned a bunch of marshmallows.

june 12

A random day me and Abbie hung out with Brandon. Went to Red and White, then went over to Greco. Went to Fusion and then we went to go to the docks. Abbie had to pee, so we went to the Market, me and Brandon hid from Abbie. Talked to two random people. Went and got a slushie from Spice, walked around. Sat on someone's swing thing, walked around more I think. Almost threw my phone at a truck, went and got Brandon and walked Abbie to work, she was half an hour early. Who goes to work half an hour early? After she started work, me and Brandon walked over to Home Hardware to visit Ben. Walking back to my house we saw Robb driving, he stopped and we talked to him. One of the first things he said to us was, "Guys, I killed my cat by mistake", or something along those lines. It made me laugh, not the fact the cat is dead, but you should get it!
