toronto 2008
june 29 - july 2
This trip was suppose to be to get my aunt and uncle who will be living in Toronto for half a year or year and show them around. That didn't happen. Right when we got there my cousin's family had just arrived before us and they were hungry. So we went out to the Pacific Mall, had lunch and then shopped around. After we went for Japanese before going back to the house, a friend's. The adults went to get my aunt and uncle while me, my brother and two cousins sat around the house. I'm pretty sure the next day we went to the Eaton Centre. That day was crazy. The side walks were packed. They were having a parade and everyone was watching, people in the parade would have water guns, people were screaming. After a bit we did get to the Eaton Centre. Few hours later, I think went for supper after going over to my mom's friend's office.
The next day we went to another mall, Yorkdale Mall. On our way back we didn't know if the others knew the way back and we couldn't find them in the parking, so we started to leave. my dad saw them and drove back into the parking and they were gone. After they finally answered the phone we found out they were going the right way, so we ended up going the wrong way, but we still made it back before them. That night we went for supper with I'm not sure what they are, but family, at least I think so. Where we went they have two parking lots. The further one being empty and so my dad randomly parks in the middle of the empty and our friend was yelling at him, since the other parking was only half full. Eventually he parked closer, not by much though. The next day we had tea in the morning with the same people. The adults went around looking at houses before me and Sophie got dropped of at the Splendid China Tower or whatever it is called and the Pacific Mall. After we where done we went over to the people we had tea with in the morning house and had a BBQ. After we went back to the house because we had to fix the van. My mom was driving it earlier an I guess the tire was on fire. It also happened to be July 1st that night and the house is beside fields so people were setting off fireworks. I went out to watch them since they were actually good. I sat on a big rock, which was really comfy, I was in a really good mood and the night was cool, yet warm. Then of course I went and did something stupid. Got mad and went inside, I didn't throw my phone though, amazingly. The next morning we got up ran around packing and went to a buffet before leaving.
